Shipping Policy

We are dedicated to ship your order as quickly as possible. After the first order, we try to fulfill all orders within twenty-four hours of the order, provided all the information is accurate and verified.
Most of the shipments are delivered by two-day air or a combination of air and ground transportation. Whenever available, we will provide you with the shipment tracking number for delivery confirmation.
Shipping and insurance cost within the US is US$16.00 per shipment, one flat shipping fee. You may combine more than one prescription in any shipment to save on shipping charges.
Please be sure to include the proper apartment, suite or floor number of the address. We cannot process the order if the address does not verify.
We require a valid email address. This is only so we can notify you of the shipment.
Please note, as medicines are non-returnable items by law, any damage to the shipment must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately for processing.
In any case, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.
Sorry, SpectrumPharmacy.com will not ship out packages C.O.D.
In order to protect the health and safety of the public, legal restrictions prohibit the resale or reuse of prescription medication. Therefore, we cannot accept the return of prescription medications when dispensed as prescribed by your physician.
